Our senior management team are specialists in their respective fields. Their enthusiasm and commitment to achieving success is the driving force behind the Bryant name. 


Max Bryant - CEO

Max has over 40 years experience in the building industry predominantly in North Queensland. His main areas of expertise are in the design and construction of major developments, including prefabricated and modular housing, and project management. Max has excellent industry networks and applies his many years of experience to ensure the success of each project executed by the company.


Damon Bryant - GM - Project Development & Delivery

Damon has 15 years experience in the building industry. He has worked on a number of large residential and commercial projects throughout Queensland and more recently in the Northern Territory. Damon has also been involved in a number of large civil projects including the construction of sewerage and water treatment plants.


Lorraine Grant - GM - Corporate Services

Lorraine has a long background in the construction and finance industries with significant experience in office management, account management, auditing, financial reporting, and taxation. She has an excellent understanding of the commercial aspects of project delivery including contractual and regulatory compliance.

Chris Bryant - GM - HSEC (Health, Safety, Environment & Community)

Chris has worked across the business in a variety of positions before settling on his niche interest in workplace health and safety. As the Bryant brand has grown, Chris has been the driving force behind the development and implementation of the Bryant Safety Management System. Chris’s collaborative, non-adversarial approach ensures that he gains commitment and understanding from people to work with the systems and processes to create a safety culture.

Andrew Derrington - Commercial Manager

Andrew brings over 15 years’ experience in manufacturing, logistics and construction to the Bryant team. Andrew’s role involves a high level of skill in all forms of Commercial and Project Management. He possesses a particularly perceptive understanding of all commercial and project risks and has a genuine desire to achieve win-win solutions for clients and contractors alike.

Jay Glew - Project Development Manager

Jay brings 30 years’ experience in the construction industry to the Bryant team. With a wealth of experience and knowledge across all sectors of the construction industry, Jay is a key member of the project management team. In his current role, Jay is involved in all business activities from project development through to project procurement, delivery and handover. Jay is experienced in implementing numerous forms of contractual delivery methods including negotiated contracts, tendering, construct only, design & construct, construction and contract management.

Bruno Kappenberger - Project Delivery Manager

Having worked in the building and construction industry for more than 25 years, Bruno has played a key role in the successful delivery of a broad range of projects for private and public sector clients. Projects range in scope from infrastructure works, apartment complexes, commercial developments, heritage restoration works to public health facilities. Bruno is a skilled project manager with a systematic and tenacious approach to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and on budget.


Michael Gebler - Project Delivery Manager

Michael has 21 years experience in the construction industry with key skills in construction/contracts management, project management and value engineering. Michael has held various positions in a wide range of developments including hospital/ medical facilities, high end high-rise multi residential, shopping centres, industrial and commercial projects.


Ann WalshHuman Resources Manager

Ann has over 20 years experience in all aspects of human resource management from generalist support and guidance through to values-based management processes. She has worked in a wide variety sectors for medium to large scale businesses including mining and engineering companies, local government and not for profit organisations.
