Community

Bryant recognises the role it plays in the communities in which it operates and endeavours to create benefits from its presence both in the short and long term.  We contribute towards local sustainability by promoting skills development and employment opportunities where possible.

Through our work in remote locations, we are aware of the challenges faced by many isolated communities. Our Indigenous Employment Development Officer develops, supports and fosters networks with indigenous communities, community councils and traditional owners to increase the participation of indigenous people in employment and provide opportunities to build their life skills.

We take great pride in our approach and strong commitment to working with local communities.
