Seaview Motel

Project Overview:

The motel comprises twelve, two bedroom apartments and restaurant facilities. The project was designed by Cairns based PAC Architects and is a two storey construction. Initially the facility was a 13 unit motel. It is built in the main business district of Cooktown and is affiliated with the Seaview Hotel. The overall project included all infrastructure works and additional upgrades to existing facilities. Apartments include fully tiled floors and timber silky oak panelling with fine glaze finishes.
